What You’ll Be Doing:
- Setting the Bar High: Establish and elevate F&B standards to ensure every guest experience is extraordinary.
- Stay Trend-Savvy: Implement safari-inspired food trends and keep our offerings at the cutting edge.
- Mastering the Menu: Create a top-notch wine list, forecast stock needs, and keep our inventory in check.
- Leading the Way: Train, develop, and manage a dedicated team, inspiring world-class service.
- Maintain Safety & Standards: Ensure Health & Safety, uphold international service standards, and elevate every aspect of the guest experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ Years in Hospitality Management with a strong F&B focus
- Tech-Savvy: Competence with MS Outlook, Word, Excel; PAN State Hospitality experience is a plus
- Fit & Active: Ready to navigate a sprawling lodge layout
- Wine Connoisseur: Knowledge of South African wines and service
- Organisational Guru: Skilled in stock control, menu creation, and pricing
- Clean Driving Record: Valid driver’s licence is essential
